In this class students will see several protocols for performing prenatal massage safely. Techniques for effectively treating the most common muscular problems experienced during pregnancy will be shown and practiced. Indications and contraindications will be explained. Students who attend should bring sheets, extra pillowcases, and several pillows to be used during the bodywork portion of the class.
