Job Description: Part-time, Full-Time, PRN, Temp, Contract.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, etc., and relaxation massage tailored to each client’s needs
• Conduct thorough patient dialogue to understand individual health concerns, note current conditions to determine candidacy for massage techniques.
• Educate clients on pain management strategies and anatomy to support their ongoing wellness journey
• Maintain detailed records of the therapy performed and progress, according to LMT scope by the Board of Nursing.
• Be knowledgeable in medical terminology and anatomy, with excellent communication skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and occupational health support when necessary
• Absolutely refrain from diagnosing or treating any condition and from giving medical advice.
• Stick with company policies and protocols to ensure workplace and public safety.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and licensing regulations at all times

Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current licensing credentials
• Proven experience in patient service, demonstrating strong communication and empathy skills
• Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
• Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices
• Prior work in med spas or wellness clinics is a plus, but not required.
• Entry level is okay
• Familiarity with occupational health principles and customer service excellence is a plus
• Ability to assess patient needs accurately and refer to clinicians accordingly
