Guest Services Representative (Sundays Required)
Responsibilities
- Prepping bags for client to receive at check in (robes, slippers, towels)
- Checking guests in and out of the facility
- Answering any questions clients may have about facility
- Ensuring area is clean and tidy
- Instruction clients on proper policies and procedures set by Balian Springs
- Answering calls, scheduling appointments and helping with the flow of the spa schedule.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in guest services
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays and evenings
