We are growing quickly and are looking for a skilled, professional, and heart-centered Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel better and live healthier lives.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a therapist who blends technical skill + presence + professionalism. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized treatment plans, and deliver exceptional massage experiences that align with our standard of care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapeutic and wellness massage sessions.
- Consult with clients to understand concerns and goals.
- Recommend appropriate services, techniques, and ongoing care.
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space.
- Uphold the highest level of client care, safety, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive environment.
- Maintain active licensure and continuing education as required.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Massage Therapy License in Virginia
- Weekend availability required (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Passionate about wellness, healing, and helping people
- Experience preferred, but open to exceptional newer therapists with strong skillsets
