The Fascia Moment Is Right Now

If you’re an LMT and you’ve been on the internet lately, you already know fascia work is exploding. It’s all over TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, wellness media, and mainstream press. Clients are searching for it, asking for it, and paying well for it. This is your window. Get in at the ground floor with direct, one-on-one training from a practitioner who has already built a thriving fascia-focused practice from the ground up in the heart of DC. You will walk out of this job with skills that make you priceless anywhere you go for the rest of your career.

Compensation

  • Commission-based: $100–$125+ per treatment
  • Therapists working full-time at this practice reliably earn $75,000+ per year
  • Annual performance bonus on top, based on business performance
  • W-2 position — federal and DC taxes handled for you. No 1099 shuffle.

The Perks That Make This Place Different

  • Weekends off. Every weekend. No exceptions, no rotations, no begging.
  • Every major holiday off. You read that right.
  • Year-end holiday week off — unpaid, but 100% protected time. Rest, recharge, be with the people you love, come back ready for the new year.
  • Specialized, one-on-one training with me in a proprietary fascia modality you will not learn anywhere else
  • 25 NCBTMB continuing education credits included (I’m an approved provider)
  • Real work-life balance — built into the schedule, not a line on a careers page
  • A polished, professional, beautifully run clinic with real standards and real respect for the work
  • Prime DC location — steps from Farragut Square, one of the best commutes in the city

The Environment

This practice runs like a well-oiled machine, and it runs that way because the people inside it genuinely like working together. Team-oriented, positive, collaborative, professional. We support each other, we communicate well, and we take pride in what we build together. If you thrive in a calm, respectful, high-standards environment where you, your work, and your time is valued and protected — you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is not oil-and Swedish work (Conventional Massage). This is results-on-the-table acupressure bodywork. Clients come to us because they’ve tried everything else. You’ll be doing hyper-focused, highly specific, skilled fascia work that creates real change in real bodies. You will get all the training you need. If you love the craft and want to be exceptional at it, this is where you sharpen.

What You Bring

  • Licensed Massage Therapist in DC (or willing and able to obtain DC licensure)
  • Open-minded and hungry to learn — whether you’re a brand-new graduate or an experienced LMT ready to level up into a new modality
  • Strong communication skills — you can clearly explain what’s happening in a client’s body, walk them through a wellness plan, and confidently use in room teaching tools to help clients understand their own anatomy (training provided)
  • Real passion for bodywork — you get excited about the body, not just the hours
  • Professional, coachable, and team-oriented — we work together, we communicate well, and we support each other
  • Strong work ethic — this work demands focus, presence, and care
