Job Description: Part-time Front Desk Receptionist – Sports Chiropractic Office
We are a busy, established sports chiropractic and rehabilitation practice in Falls Church looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or massage therapy student who wants to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced healthcare and sports medicine environment.
A Unique Growth Opportunity
We are especially interested in candidates who are currently in school or considering a career in massage therapy.
For the right person, this position can be more than a front desk job. Our goal is to provide an opportunity to learn the practice, build relationships with our patients and team, and potentially transition into a massage therapist role within the practice after completing the necessary education and licensure requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling
- Check patients in and out
- Assist with basic front office and administrative responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with patients and staff
- Help maintain an organized, efficient office environment
- Support the team during busy patient-care hours
