Dante Salon & Wellness Spa is seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established team in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia.
Serving the Fairfax community for more than 30 years, Dante is a full-service salon and wellness spa offering hair, skincare, nails, massage, waxing, lashes, and other beauty and wellness services under one roof. Our established clientele, full-service environment, and strong marketing support create an excellent opportunity for a talented therapist looking to build a clientele, grow an existing book, and develop a long-term career.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is passionate about their craft and understands that an exceptional massage experience goes beyond technique.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, personable, and committed to building strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Virginia Massage Therapist License
- Appropriate massage therapy education and hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
- Ability to assess individual client needs and customize treatments accordingly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities preferred
- Experience with deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, reflexology, or therapeutic massage is a plus
- Existing clientele is welcomed but not required
