Job Description:
Mane Attraction is seeking a talented, professional, and client-focused Massage Therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness and providing an exceptional, relaxing experience for every guest.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of concern
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming treatment environment
- Maintain accurate client records and follow all health and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience from start to finish
- Recommend appropriate services or wellness treatments when beneficial to the client
- Communicate professionally with clients and salon team members
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries at all time
Qualifications:
- Current Virginia Massage Therapist license in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and safety practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and personable
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
