McGuire Therapeutic Wellness Spa is looking for professional, compassionate, and talented Massage Therapists to join our growing team in Lanham, MD.
We are dedicated to creating a peaceful, welcoming environment where clients can relax, restore, and feel their best. We are seeking therapists who share our passion for wellness and provide exceptional, personalized experiences for every guest.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services based on each client’s individual needs
- Perform a variety of massage techniques and treatments
- Create a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every client
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their comfort, preferences, and treatment goals
- Maintain professional client relationships and protect client confidentiality
- Follow all spa policies, safety procedures, and professional standards
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Massage Therapy License applicable to Maryland
- Previous massage therapy experience is preferred, but newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness practices
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and friendly
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
- Passion for helping clients relax, recover, and improve their overall wellness
