Aikana Esthetic Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated licensed massage therapist to join our team. We specialize in lymphatic drainage and post-operative care following liposuction, BBLs, and tummy tucks, along with facial lymphatic drainage and body sculpting treatments.
With referrals from doctors, returning clients, and a strong social media presence, we have built a community that values personalized care. Our beautiful clinical environment brings together massage therapists, esthetic providers, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners.

Your Role
- Provide personalized treatments within your training and scope of practice.
- Help clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits.
- Follow treatment protocols and applicable surgeon instructions.
- Communicate client concerns and progress with the team.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and a clean, organized treatment space.
- Educate clients on appropriate aftercare and relevant retail products.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia massage therapist license
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- Comfortable working with clients during post-operative recovery
- Interest in lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, and body sculpting
- Willingness to learn, follow protocols, and collaborate with the team
- Experience in lymphatic drainage or post-operative massage is preferred
- Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply
