Job Description:

EmergeCryo is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lymphatic drainage, sports massage, cupping therapy, and assisted stretching, with a passion for helping clients recover, detoxify, and optimize their overall well-being.

You will play a key role in supporting client recovery programs, complementing our body contouring and cryotherapy services, and contributing to a calming, professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customized massage sessions including lymphatic drainage, sports massage, cupping therapy, and assisted stretching tailored to client goals.
• Conduct brief consultations to assess client needs and determine the most effective treatment plan.
• Educate clients on post-session care and recommend complementary EmergeCryo services for optimal results.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold privacy standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting treatment environment following all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the EmergeCryo team to enhance client outcomes and support overall wellness programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Virginia.
• Certification and experience in lymphatic drainage massage (manual or post-operative preferred).
• Proven experience in sports massage, cupping therapy, and assisted stretching techniques.
• Strong communication, client service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to customize treatments based on individual needs and goals.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and dedication to client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with body contouring, cryotherapy, or other recovery-focused modalities.
• Experience in a spa, wellness, or sports therapy environment.
• Interest in holistic wellness and performance recovery practices.
