Job Description:
We are a busy, boutique wellness spa nestled in the beautiful mountain village of Sperryville, VA. We offer holistic spa services – organic plant based facials; many massage modalities, including therapeutic, deep tissue, myofascial, lymphatic, and prenatal; reiki energy healing; day spa packages; sound healing; ozone sauna; herbal wellness consultations; and intuitive guidance services. We have a fully operational apothecary and formulate herbal medicine on site.
We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to regulate your schedule and be responsible for your own taxes. This position requires you to work some weekends. We offer a unique, relaxed, and supportive work environment that prioritizes healing and wellness over a “turn and burn” approach.

Full-Time Schedule: Join our team on a full-time basis, typically 3-4 full days per week.

Weekend Availability: Some weekend availability is required, allowing you to reach clients during peak times.
Independent Contractor: As an Independent Contractor, you can regulate your own schedule and are responsible for your own taxes.
Scheduling and client base: We have a vast pre-existing (and growing!) client base that you will have access to here. We also handle client scheduling for you, as well as promotion and marketing.
