Job Description:
TherAnnu Restorative Spa is opening a new location in Odenton, and we are looking for an exceptional Massage Therapist to join our founding team.
This is an opportunity for a therapist who wants stable income, a sustainable schedule, and the ability to do meaningful therapeutic work in a supportive wellness environment.

Position Details:
- Approximately 36–40 total hours per week
- Approximately 24–30 hands-on massage hours
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Part-time candidates may also be considered
Responsibilities:
- Provide customized, high-quality therapeutic massage
- Create an exceptional and caring client experience
- Recommend appropriate treatment frequency and follow-up services
- Build lasting client relationships that encourage rebooking
- Complete accurate session documentation
- Collaborate with physical therapists, stretch providers, and other team members
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland massage therapy license
- Strong therapeutic massage skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping clients reduce pain, recover, and feel their best
- Experience preferred, but skill, professionalism, and personality matter most
