What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional, personalized massage treatments based on each client’s needs and goals.
• Conduct thoughtful client consultations and adapt treatments appropriately.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain proper draping, sanitation, safety, and professional boundaries.
• Work collaboratively with our team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Participate in continuing education and opportunities to develop advanced massage skills.
• Apply new techniques and knowledge to enhance client care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current massage therapy license or eligibility for licensure in Virginia.
• Recent graduates and experienced massage therapists are encouraged to apply.
• A genuine interest in learning, growing, and expanding your massage therapy skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• A passion for helping clients and providing high-quality care.
• An open and curious mindset, you don’t have to know everything; we’re looking for therapists who want to keep learning.
