Competitive Pay & Earning Potential
- Base/Service-Hour Pay: $25–$35 per service hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Tips: Keep 100% of client tips.
- Performance Incentives: Additional performance-based bonuses as applicable.
- Expected Full-Time Earning Potential: Approximately $45,000–$60,000+.
- Sign-On Bonus
We offer sign-on bonuses to qualifying new hires:
$2,000 for qualifying full-time therapists.
$1,000 for qualifying part-time therapists.
Up to $2,500 may be considered for particularly difficult-to-fill positions, especially nights and weekends.
Standard Full-Time $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Payment Schedule
$500 after 30 days.
$500 after 90 days.
$1,000 after 6 months.
Additional Education Benefit for Qualified New Graduates:
Qualified new graduates may receive an additional $1,000–$1,500 education benefit, with $1,500 being the recommended target.
This benefit is in addition to any applicable new-hire sign-on bonus.
Potential $1,500 Education Benefit Payment Structure
$500 after 90 days.
$500 after 6 months.
$500 after 12 months.
Transportation Stipend
We offer a $100/month transportation stipend for eligible new hires.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Available to new hires only.
- Employee must live 25+ driving miles from the Winchester clinic.
- Employee must work at least 25 service hours per week.
- Employee must remain in good standing.
- Maximum duration of 6 months.
- Stipend ends if employment ends or the employee no longer meets the eligibility requirements.
- Employee Referral Bonus
- Know someone who would be a great fit for our team?
- We offer a $750 employee referral bonus!
- The existing employee receives the $750 referral bonus when their referred candidate is hired and remains employed for at least 90 days.
