Course Description Advanced Hot Stone Massage: Technique, Safety, and Integration

This in-person course is designed for licensed massage therapists seeking to confidently incorporate hot stone massage into their practice with skill, safety, and ease.

Students will learn proper stone selection, heating methods, temperature safety, client contraindications, and dynamic hot stone massage techniques that enhance relaxation and therapeutic outcomes. Instruction focuses on fluid application, efficient body mechanics, and integrating hot stones seamlessly into existing massage styles without interrupting session flow.

Each student will receive a professional hot stone set to take home, allowing for immediate implementation in clinical or spa settings.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to safely perform hot stone massage, reduce therapist strain, and offer hot stone treatments as a premium service within their practice.

What to Bring: Please bring sheets and extra pillowcases for the hands-on portion of the class. All hot stones will be provided by the instructor.
