The Primary Chakras are vortexes of spinning energy located in the interior of the body. When this energy is blocked or functioning incorrectly it can change the way the physical body functions as well. In this class students will learn multiple techniques for bringing these centers back to balance. We will use energy, stones, sounds and scents. The first part of the class will be a brief explanation of chakras and their significance to the rest of the body. The second part will be instruction of techniques and student practice.
