Job Description:
Massage Therapist – Rare Opportunity to be Mentored in Traditional Asian Bodywork / Healing Arts
20 hours per week – $35/hr Guaranteed- After 9 treatments per week pay increases to a per patient bonus.
Base pay of $34,300 (Booked hours or not booked hours)
Hours:
- Tuesday/Fridays 10:00am-8:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-5:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30-3:00pm

At Catch A Fish Wellness, we practice and teach authentic Asian bodywork therapy including Tui Na, Shiatsu, and Acupressure, integrated with acupuncture and herbal medicine. You’ll learn directly from a senior acupuncturist/ Chinese Medicine Expert with over 25 years of experience studying and treating in the traditional healing arts.
This is not a spa. It’s a healing clinic devoted to true therapeutic work and lifelong learning. Brian has studied with the top masters in each of the arts.
Pay & Benefits
- $35/hr guaranteed — paid whether booked or not.
- Bonuses per patient when you average 10+ patients/week.
- Upgrade & retail commissions 20% (herbal oils, add-ons, packages).
- 15–20 minutes between patients — no rushed flip times.
Real Income Potential (20 hrs/week):
- 10 patients/week → ~$34,300/year
- 15 patients/week → ~$51,450/year
- 20 patients/week with bonuses → $68,600+/year

Mentorship in Asian Bodywork – Train directly with Brian Wah, L.Ac. (25 years of practice of Tui Na, Shiatsu, and herbal oils). 1 hour of training per week.

Who You’ll Work With:
- Women’s Health – stress reduction, menstrual regulation, fertility support, autoimmune disease.
- Musculoskeletal Pain/Injury – low back, shoulder, hip, foot & leg conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Virginia Massage Therapy License (Fairfax license required).
- Solid foundation in Swedish & Deep Tissue
- Ability to adjust depth/pressure with patient needs.
- New grads or seasoned practitioners are invited to apply.
