Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, proper recovery, and self-care.
• Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional spa atmosphere.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and encourage ongoing care through repeat visits.
• Stay current on certifications, industry trends, and LifeSpa protocols.
• Partner with club departments to promote total wellness experiences for members.

Requirements:

• Valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Virginia
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and therapeutic techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional massage therapy experience
• Familiarity with SalonBiz or similar booking systems
• Knowledge of body treatments and advanced therapeutic modalities
