We have offices for rent that are fully set up for a Wellness Practitioner.

They are located at 648 South Pickett St on the second floor (no stairs). There is a shared kitchenette.

One office is about 11X9, doesn’t have any windows, and it’s great for massage and aesthetics.

The second room is excellent for PT, Chiro, or other bodywork. This room is bigger and has a window. With blackout curtains in a neutral color for this space.

Each room will come with a basic massage table and stool, cabinet, a desk, lamps, and a small side table and chair.

Linens, towels, oils, face covers, bolsters, pillows, etc. will not be provided.

Rooms will be ready Jan 11.

To schedule a viewing, the practitioner must have valid licensing and insurance.

Rates are between $40-$125 for 2 hours to a full day.
