Job Description: Private Spa Suite – Room Rental / Commission Option

We’re seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our peaceful, skin-therapy focused spa suite as an independent contractor. This is a great opportunity for a therapist who already has a clientele or is ready to grow one in a calm, supportive environment without the overhead of a full studio.

About the Space

Our suite is intentionally designed to feel grounding, clean, and serene. We specialize in advanced skin therapy and holistic treatments, and massage is a natural complement to our clientele who value relaxation, nervous system support, and wellness.

You’ll have access to:

  • Private massage room
  • Shared reception/waiting area
  • Cross-referral opportunities with an established esthetics business
  • A drama-free, professional environment

This is for you if you:

  • Are a licensed massage therapist in good standing
  • Carry your own liability insurance
  • Are self-motivated and comfortable running your own business
  • Value a calm, respectful, wellness-focused workspace
  • Offer modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation/Therapeutic massage
  • (Prenatal, lymphatic, or nervous-system focused work is a plus)

Contractor Structure:

  • Independent Contractor (1099) or Room Rental
  • Set your own schedule
  • Handle booking, payments, and client records
  • Monthly room rental or commission-based option available (to be discussed)

What We Ask:

  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of space
  • Respect shared areas and noise levels
  • Carry active massage license & insurance
  • Provide Certificate of Insurance naming the business as additionally insured
