Job Description:

Skin Memory Spa is a small, multi award winning woman owned spa in Fairfax. We focus on skincare but do have clientele seeking massage and body treatments. We are looking for a wonderful person to join our small team. As a small business we are flexible with hours – from part time to full time. Evenings and weekends needed through the month as well.

Base rate without clients is $30 an hour and when booked with clients, the rate is 50% of the service; plus tips and commission on any retail sales.

We do strive for a high end luxury experience and we price as such. We seek someone who is highly communicative and accustomed to working with a primarily female clientele base. We aren’t looking for a franchise mentality of massage service for clients but offer them a truly restorative session.

Benefits are available depending on the hours worked to include paid time off, continuing education, and assistance with health care.

We seek someone who truly loves their work and is punctual, responsible and respectful.

You should be able to perform a wide range of styles of massage as well as depths of pressure, including prenatal, use of hot stones, and familiarity with aromatherapy.
