Salary: $36.50-$45.50/hour
I am the new owner of Summit Spa, located in Springfield, VA. We have been hard at work restarting some aspects of the business from the ground up, including a brand new team of staff, and a host of aesthetic upgrades that are now complete and looking lovely. While it is an already established business with a moderate preexisting client base, but due to the overhaul, we will be starting fresh on that front in some respects as well, and are excited to make some meaningful moves in the local massage therapy industry.
We are looking for committed licensed massage therapists, both part-time and full-time, who are excited to be part of this regrowth process and to come in as integral components of our staff team.
I believe firmly in businesses that grow with their employees, and have multiple other successful businesses that can prove this ethos. As Summit Spa grows in success, so too will employee pay and perks.
