• Educate clients on pain management techniques, muscle physiology, and occupational health practices to support ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical terminology in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance your massage skills and therapeutic offerings.
• Uphold all safety standards, sanitation protocols, and licensing requirements to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and delivering effective pain relief through various massage techniques.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities used for pain management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
• Familiarity with occupational health principles to support clients’ workplace wellness goals.
