Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, committed to professionalism, and interested in working in a serene spa environment focused on relaxation and holistic wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage services tailored to client needs
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxury spa experience for all guests
- Conduct client consultations and ensure safe, effective treatments
- Maintain treatment rooms and uphold cleanliness and spa standards
- Promote client comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Current Virginia Massage Therapy License (or eligible to practice)
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and bodywork
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Part-time flexibility (weekdays, and/or weekends available based on availability and spa needs)
