Salary: $50 starting base pay plus tips and commissions

We’re a therapist-led practice that values ongoing learning, skill development, and thoughtful, results-driven bodywork. Our team works together, sharing knowledge and refining techniques in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
You’ll work with a diverse clientele seeking therapeutic, sports, restorative, and stress-relieving bodywork, with the opportunity to build your skills and grow a consistent, loyal client base.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional, high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client
- Perform a range of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, prenatal, and sports massage
- Customize sessions using a variety of techniques to address pain, tension, and mobility goals
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding comfort, pressure, and treatment goals
- Uphold all professional, ethical, and sanitation standards
- Stay within the massage therapist professional scope of practice
- Collaborate respectfully with front desk staff and fellow practitioners
What We’re Looking For:
- Current active Massage Therapy License (DC or VA, depending on location)
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Interest in continuing education and refining therapeutic skills
- Comfortable working with clients seeking results-oriented, therapeutic care (not just relaxation)
