We have an exciting dual-role opportunity for upcoming graduates or experienced massage therapists seeking a change: combining the roles of Patient Care Coordinator and Massage Therapist.

Here’s a quick overview:

This unique role allows candidates to work in a clinical setting alongside Physical Therapists while simultaneously building their massage therapy practice. New graduates are welcome — we value mindset, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

• Start with front desk (Patient Care Coordinator) hours while building your massage clientele
• Gradually shift your schedule toward more massage hours as your client base grows
• Available as part-time or full-time (full-time employees are benefits eligible)
• Full-time employees have Liability Insurance and CPR Certification covered by AKPT
• Supportive, mentorship-driven environment within an established PT clinic
• Flexible long-term path — candidates can settle into whatever mix of PCC and MT hours works best for them
