Salary: $22.00 – $45.00 per hour

Job Description:

We’re excited to expand our services and are looking for a licensed Stretch and Medical Massage Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic stretch and massage services to support patient recovery, pain relief, and overall wellness.

The ideal candidate is skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused, with a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life through personalized, hands-on care.

 

Schedule Requirement:

This position requires availability on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Duties:

• Perform deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop appropriate and effective treatment plans
• Educate patients on pain management strategies, mobility work, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support integrated care plans
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in accordance with occupational health standards
• Deliver exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming and comfortable experience

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Washington, DC
• Experience in therapeutic stretching and medical massage techniques
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
• Experience in pain management and rehabilitative care
• Background in medical massage, chiropractic, or med spa settings is highly preferred
• A warm, patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality care
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices
