We are clinically oriented so you have to like to customize sessions for what your client is trying to accomplish with therapy.

We have always been committed to a great working environment. We schedule 15- 30 minute buffers between clients so you have time to clean/disinfect your rooms and still reset yourself beforethe next client. Of course we provide everything you need to do your job well.

All of this is because the owner is a therapist and understands what you have to do every day. She has set this clinic up as a place where she would love to work. Electric tables, breaks, being allowed to massage YOUR WAY, and of course great PAY.

You will make $50-$80 per hour massage on average with tips. Yes, you read that right.. Sounds too good to be true? Come in and interview and talk to some of the staff and they will all tell you this is the best place they have ever worked, and most have been doing this for more than 10 years.

Additional benefits are:

The appropriate candidates must meet the following requirements:

● Board license in therapeutic massage in VA

● At least 1 year of experience in a spa setting

● Flexible schedule

● Reliability to attend all scheduled shifts

● Ability to work well with coworkers

● Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as

applicable).

● Design specific sessions based on members or guests individual needs.

● Assist in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage

therapy on a regular basis.

● Create excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.

● Perform hot stone, deep muscle, prenatal therapy, Thai, or medical massage based on appropriate training and minimum clinic education hours.

● Utilize other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.

● Communicates various promotions to clients.

● Follow all practice policies and protocols.

● Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).

● Completes Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely.

Hours per week: 20 to 40 ** At least 2 week days, 1 closing shift and either Saturday or Sunday is a must for this position.

Work location is Ashburn, Va: Being able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.

Masks are optional for employees and clients. Common touch points are disinfected according to guidelines. HEPA air filters throughout spa. Hand sanitizer provided. Therapists wear gloves when requested.
