I am the new owner of Summit Spa, located in Springfield, VA. We have been hard at work restarting some aspects of the business from the ground up, including a brand new team of staff, and a host of aesthetic upgrades that are now complete and looking lovely. While it is an already established business with a moderate preexisting client base, but due to the overhaul, we will be starting fresh on that front in some respects as well, and are excited to make some meaningful moves in the local massage therapy industry.

We are looking for committed licensed massage therapists, both part-time and full-time, who are excited to be part of this regrowth process and to come in as integral components of our staff team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful clinic. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient’s individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a medical wellness team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
  • Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
  • Maintain accurate records of each session

Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist Wanted – Vienna, VA

W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor)

 

Vertical Wellness Spine & Health is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our chiropractic clinic in Vienna, VA. We are seeking someone who is professional, positive, and enjoys being part of a team-oriented healthcare environment. We value therapists who want to contribute to the overall patient experience and work collaboratively with the clinic staff.

 

Schedule: (Part-Time – 10–15 hrs/week):

  • Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation:

  • $15/hour base pay
  • 40% commission per massage ($100 per 60-minute massage)
  • Earn about $55 per massage hour + tips
  • 100% of tips kept by therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic Swedish or deep tissue massage (30, 60, or 90 minutes)
  • Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
  • Assist with light clinic duties when not performing massage (room setup, occasional front desk support)
  • Work closely with the chiropractic team to help provide the best patient care

Requirements:

  • Active Virginia Massage Therapy License

Skin Memory Spa is a small, multi award winning woman owned spa in Fairfax. We focus on skincare but do have clientele seeking massage and body treatments. We are looking for a wonderful person to join our small team. As a small business we are flexible with hours – from part time to full time. Evenings and weekends needed through the month as well.

Base rate without clients is $30 an hour and when booked with clients, the rate is 50% of the service; plus tips and commission on any retail sales.

We do strive for a high end luxury experience and we price as such. We seek someone who is highly communicative and accustomed to working with a primarily female clientele base. We aren’t looking for a franchise mentality of massage service for clients but offer them a truly restorative session.
