Job Description:
Sha’s Organic Skincare & MedSpa, a Black woman-owned, skin-correctional MedSpa, is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This position offers a set schedule in a professional, high-traffic medspa with built-in clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to clients’ needs
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques
Work collaboratively with estheticians and wellness professionals
Maintain professionalism and adhere to cleanliness and client safety standards
Keep accurate client records and comply with industry regulations
Requirements:
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing in Maryland
Ability to work a set schedule
1099 Independent Contractor Status – Must carry liability insurance ($500,000 aggregate annually)
Experience in various modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.) preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
