We are seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide exceptional patient service. This role is essential in promoting relaxation, pain management, and overall wellness for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
- Provide various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific pain management issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other health professionals in an occupational health setting when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.
Experience:
- This is an entry-level position, no experience required.
- License Required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in patient assessment to tailor treatments effectively.
- Familiarity with various massage modalities including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, is highly desirable.
